What a beautiful fall day in the Austin area and to finally start blogging after much anticipation!

Fortunately every buyer or seller I represented had a positive job change.  Whether buyers were purchasing a home for the first time, moving here for a better job, or graduating to a larger home, every sale was a positive move.  Even working with a few short sale homeowners that were more than happy to avoid foreclosure as they left their first homes for a job transfer or promotion.

When I decided to become a Real Estate Agent my husband said I would want to move into every home I saw.  It's true that I've seen some amazing homes as a buyer's agent, however, the homes I've sold this year are deffinately at the top my "favorites" list.  The homes in Dripping Springs and Driftwood had great views and were custom built with incredible details.  On the north side of Austin several homes were taken care of and had great additions.  The most unique had a 1/2 basketball court on the side yard of a cul-de-sac lot, another had a swimming pool and nice deck.  Not to mention the homes with media rooms, beautiful hardwood flooring and granite countertops. The steal of a deal was a short sale in Blackhawk, barely lived in.

Currently I have a dramatic home listed in Circle C Ranch in SW Austin and the owners are building a beautiful home in the Meridian subdivision.  The latest home I've listed is in the Swenson Farm neighborhood in Pflugerville that has a great floorplan with an office, gameroom, 5 bds. and large kitchen with granite countertops, the utility room even has a sink.  Every detail is important to me and I enjoy representing both buyers and sellers.
